Hotel reservation information

We encourage all attendees to stay at the event hotel. Our discounted room rate of $182USD per night is available until 2/12/2026. Rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.

You will receive a confirmation email after completing the APTS registration form. The confirmation email will include information on how to make your hotel room reservation.

The APTS schedule page includes the days and times for meetings held during APTS.

If you are attending virtually, please visit the Members Only area for meeting details (agenda, Zoom connection, etc.)

Registration

Name badges and information will be available at the registration desk. The registration desk will be located in the Cottonwood Ballroom Pre-Function Space.

APTS registration opens Monday at 7:00am and the desk will be staffed each day during business hours.

Meeting Rooms

Each breakout room (with a scheduled meeting) will have a speaker phone and projector. Wi-Fi Internet access will be available the entire week.
